High profile NAB cases at LHC: Bench Judges changed

LAHORE – The composition of a Lahore High Court (LHC) division bench,entrusted with the hearing of high profile National Accountability Bureau(NAB) cases, has changed.

As per LHC roaster issued here Thursday, the new bench comprising JusticeAli Baqar Najafi and Justice Sardar Ahmad Naeem will hear the cases relatedNAB at the LHC principal seat from May 6.

The high profile cases pending before the bench include Hamza Shahbazbail petitions, Khawaja Saad Rafique and Khawaja Salman Rafique bailpetitions, former senior provincial minister Abdul Aleem Khan’s bail plea,former Lahore Development Authority director general Ahad Khan Cheema bailplea.

Earlier, the bench was comprised of Justice Malik Shahzad Ahmad Khan andJustice Mirza Viqas Rauf. Both the judges will hear the cases at LHCRawalpindi bench from May 6, as per roaster.
