Yet another Islamic country seek Russian S 400 Missile defence System

MOSCOW – Bloomberg claimed that Iran demanded S-400 from Russia and Russiahad denied to sell.

Kremlin Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov reacted to US media Bloomberg’sclaims and rejected holding any talks with Iran to sell S-400 missilesystem.

Speaking to reporters, Peskov called for being aware of releasing such newsand advised the media people to follow up the issue from its source.

Earlier, Bloomberg claimed that Iran demanded S-400 from Russia and Russiahad denied to sell.

Meanwhile earlier, Iran ambassador to Russia Mehdi Sanaei said that Tehranhas no plan for buying S-400 missile system.

The S-400 Triumf, previously known as the S-300 PMU-3, is an anti-aircraftweapon system developed in the 1990s by Russia’s Almaz Central DesignBureau as an upgrade of the S-300 family. It has been in service with theRussian Armed Forces since 2007

Iran is equipped with S-300 missile system which is being used by Russianarmy as well.
