ISLAMABAD – Rear Admiral Ahmad Saeed has been promoted to the rank of ViceAdmiral.

According to Pakistan Navy spokesperson, Vice Admiral Ahmad Saeed joinedNavy in 1981 and has vast on command and staff designations.
