Under this project, key 100 exchanges across the country are beingupgraded. As of now 76 of those exchanges have already been upgraded in 12cities including Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Hyderabad, Islamabad, Karachi, WahCantt, Lahore, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Rawalpindi and Sialkot, thusmaking it possible for the customers to enjoy reliable, high-speedunlimited internet, consequently increasing customer experience.

A large customer base has been impacted by NTP across Pakistan and theoverall customer complaints have reduced to 43% in the areas where theexchanges have been upgraded.
