ISLAMABAD – As many as three hundred and fifteen Pakistanis languishing inMalaysian detainee camps despite completing their jail terms will returnhome on Wednesday after provision of financial and legal assistance fromthe government.
Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Overseas Pakistanis and HumanResource Development Sayed Zulfikar Abbas Bukhari told APP today (Thursday)that the Prime Minister directed to release the amount for bringing thestranded Pakistanis back.
Sayed Zulfikar Abbas Bukhari said the United Arab Emirates has alsoannounced the release of around five hundred and seventy two Pakistaniprisoners as part of a pardon from UAE President Shaikh Khalifa Bin ZayedAl Nahyan during the holy month of Ramzan.
