ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Cricket team makes a unique record in history of ODICricket.

The ongoing ODI series between England and Pakistan, may not have beensomething to right about for the visitors but that had not stopped the Menin Green to reach a new record.

As Pakistan became the first team to score 340-plus totals in threeconsecutive One Day Internationals (ODIs), the record was achieved duringthe fourth ODI against England in Nottingham and, in matter of hoursEngland became the second side to claim the feat.

Pakistan have gone on to score 361/7, 358/9 and 340/7 in the lastsubsequent matches. However, despite reaching mammoth scores Pakistan haveended up losing in all the three matches.

In the second ODI at Southampton, England won by 12 runs; in 3rd ODI atBristol, England won by 6 wickets and then in the fourth ODI in Nottingham,the hosts triumphed by 3 wickets.

With the series 3-0 already in favour of England, Pakistan would face thehosts in the fifth ODI of the series at Leeds on Sunday.
