ISLAMABAD – Former president and Pakistan Peoples Party Co-Chairman AsifAli Zardari met with Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazl (JUIF) leader Maulana FazlurRehman in Islamabad today (Friday) and discuss to devise a joint strategyagainst the government.

According to media reports, the two leaders discussed matters of nationalinterest, including the International Monetary Fund’s (IMF) bailout packageand mulled over to reach out other political parties in order to unite theopposition against the government.

Both the leaders also discussed a march towards Islamabad after Eid-ul-Fitrto take an effective agenda to the public.
