WASHINGTON – Pakistan’s ambassador to United States (US) Asad Majeed Khansaid that new visa policy will promote religious tourism in the country,the Radio Pakistan reports on Friday.
Addressing an Iftar dinner at the embassy in Washington, the ambassadorsaid that Pakistan has demonstrated religious harmony by opening Kartarpurcorridor.
The ambassador said the purpose of arranging an Iftar dinner at the embassywas to share the blessings of Ramazan and promote interfaith harmony andmutual understanding.
