LAHORE – The Board of Governors (BoG) of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB)on Wednesday, through a majority, approved the circular resolution.
According to a PCB spokesman, the approved circular resolution includedaudited accounts for the financial year 2017-18, delegation of powers andfunctions, and amendments to investment policy.
He said all the BoG members, including PCB Chairman Ehsan Mani Chairman,Asad Ali Khan, Lt Gen (R) Muzammil Hussain, Kabir Ahmed Khan, Muhammad AyazButt and Shahrez Abdullah Khan attended the meeting.
He said the replacement of HBL representative on the BoG was pending. “Asper Article 10(7) of the PCB Constitution, Muhammad Numan Butt cannotattend any meeting of the Board of Governors or any committee during thependency of proceedings before the adjudicator,” he added.

He said,”Shah Dost has been de-notified as a BoG member after anindependent adjudicator set aside District Cricket Association, Turbat, andRegional Cricket Association, Quetta, elections while ordering freshelections.”He said the voting members of the BOG stood reduced due to the abovereasons.
“The SSGC representative has thus far not responded to the circularresolution,” he said.
