ISLAMABAD – Special Advisor to Prime Minister (PM) on Information andBroadcasting, Firdous Ashiq Awan, on Wednesday stated that government fearsnothing from the opposition.
Commenting on opposition’s all-parties conference (APC), Awan stated thatopposition faces danger from its inner-self.
Keeping up the verbal onslaught, Awan taunted that outcome of the APC willbe similar to that of polls contested by Maulana [Fazlur Rehman].
She urged Fazl to serve Islam after failure of APC.
Earlier today, APC had agreed upon launching anti-government movement.
Fazl also tabled the suggestion of tendering resignation from the lowerhouse of the parliament but failed to construct consensus on it.
The joint statement read that so-called government was imposed in thecountry through worst-rigging. The statement—while expressing graveconcerns on dwindling economic indicators—stated that incumbent governmenthas testified its ineligibility in the first 11 months of its tenure.
