ISLAMABAD – In the ICC World Cup match at Lords, Pakistan beat South Africaby 49 runs.

Batting first, Pakistan set a victory target of 309 for 7 in stipulated 50overs.

In reply, South Africa scored 259 runs for the loss of nine wickets instipulated 50 overs.

Haris Sohail was declared player of the match for scoring 89 runs.

Shadab Khan and Wahab Riaz secured three wickets each, while Muhammad Aamirgot two wickets.
