*ISLAMABAD: The Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) of the Cabinet willmeet on Wednesday (today) with Adviser to Prime Minister on Finance AbdulHafeez Shaikh in chair.*
The ECC meeting will begin in Islamabad at 11:00 am.
The meeting will consider supplementary grants for various governmentdepartments and ministries.
The demand and supply of wheat will also come under discussion in the ECCmeeting.
In the previous meeting, the ECC approved the proposal of Finance Divisionauthorizing the government to issue sovereign guarantee amounting to Rs.20bn for investment in National Investment Trust’s (NIT) State EnterpriseFund.
