LAHORE – Should Pakistan Cricket Board Chief Ehsan Mani be sacked?
Following Pakistan cricket team’s defeat against arch-rivals Indiayesterday during ICC World Cup match, a resolution seeking to removePakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Ehsan Mani, Chief Selector InzemamulHaq and other responsible for the defeat has been moved in the PunjabAssembly.
The resolution was submitted by Member Punjab Assembly and Pakistan MuslimLeague-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Aziza Fatima.
The resolution stated that people of the country were angry over Pakistan’sdefeat against India.
It further stated that neither the PCB planned for the world cup nor itcould induct extraordinary player in the team due to which disappointmentprevails among the masses.

The resolution demanded to form a high-level committee to ascertain thereasons behind Pakistan’s poor performance. The committee should alsoinvestigate how the players were partying on the night of the match at anight club.
The resolution further demanded all the responsible including the PCBchairman and chief selector to immediately resign.
