PM Imran Khan s advice to the party parliamentarians

ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Imran Khan has said the people of Pakistan havemandated PTI to break status quo and to wage a decisive war against corruptelements.

Chairing a meeting of PTI’s parliamentary party in Islamabad on Monday, hesaid past rulers had adopted a royal and lavish lifestyle and plunged thecountry into the quagmire of debts.

He said half of the country’s income is being spent on paying installmentsof loans taken by the previous governments.

He said a debt of 24,000 billion rupees was increased in just 10 years andhe has formed a commission to investigate that and fix the responsibility.

Imran Khan said that his government faced the toughest situation in firstten months of power.

He said government’s efforts have brought economic stability to the country.

The Prime Minister thanked friendly countries like Saudi Arabia, UnitedArab Emirates, and China for helping Pakistan in difficult times.

Imran Khan advised the parliamentarians to actively play their role in theprocess to get the budget passed from National Assembly.

He regretted opposition’s attempts to disrupt proceedings of the Houseduring budget debate.
