LAHORE – Pakistan has decided to send its team for investigation in a casepertaining to arrest of MQM founder over incendiary speeches.
A team of Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has been constituted in thisregard. Director anti terrorism wing Mazhar-ul-Haq will lead the team ofFIA.
The sources said FIA team would investigate MQM leader over moneylaundering and charges of hate speeches against the state. The team woulddepart for London after receiving a green signal from Scotland Yard.
Earlier, Founder of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) was detained inconnection with 2016 speech.
London Metropolitan Police reported in a press release that a man has beenarrested in connection with an investigation into a number of speeches madeby an individual associated with the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) inPakistan.
