ISLAMABAD – Renowned religious scholar and Head of Jafria Alliance, AllamaAbbas Kumaili, has passed away in a hospital in Karachi after protractedillness. He was 70.
Allama Abbas Kumaili always raised voice for the innocent people ofPalestine and occupied Kashmir.
Prime Minister Imran Khan has expressed deep grief and sorrow over the saddemise of renowned scholar Allama Abbas Kumaili.
In a condolence message he said that Allama Abbas Kumaili was strong voiceof interfaith harmony and unity among the Muslims.

He prayed that Allah Al-Mighty may grant him high rank in Jannat andcourage to the family to bear this irreparable loss.
Meanwhile, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah in a condolence messagesaid that services rendered by Allama Abbas Kumaili, for sectarian harmonywill always be remembered.
