MOSCOW – Russia says it will begin delivering the S-400 air defence systemsto Turkey in two months.
Talking to NTV channel, Sergei Chemezov, the head of Russia’s state-owneddefence conglomerate Rostec, said the credit money has been spent and thetechnology produced.
He said training of all military personnel for the defense system has alsobeen completed.
