NEW DELHI – Indian Army admits using heavy artillery Bofors Guns againstPakistan at LoC, Indian media report has surfaced.
The Indian Army recently – and after a considerable period of time – madeuse of Bofors artillery guns at Line of Control.
The guns were brought into use on July 31 and August 1 by the Indian forcesin the Keran Sector of Jammu and Kashmir.
Bofors guns were also used to target Pakistani posts, Indian media hasclaimed.
Tensions along the Line of Control has increased.
It is suspected that among the Pakistani security personnel were alsoseveral terrorists. “Security forces will continue to respond to allnefarious activities along the LoC,” the Northern Command had said in astatement.
