*New Delhi: Indian *Army Chief General Bipin Rawat has approved formerIndia skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni`s request to train with the Parachuteregiment for two months, top Army sources said on Sunday.
The internationally acclaimed wicket-keeper batsman had requested the Armyto allow him to train with a Territorial Army battalion of the ParachuteRegiment for two months.
“The request has now been approved by the Army Chief Gen Bipin Rawat andthe honorary Lt Col would train with the Parachute regiment battalion,” topArmy sources told ANI.
