ISLAMABAD – Five players from Pakistan have been granted no objectioncertificates (NOC’s) by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to participate inthe 2019 Global T20 Canada.
These players include Shoaib Malik, Mohammad Hafeez, Wahab Riaz, ShadabKhan and Umar Akmal.
The league which is based on the T20 format is scheduled to start from July25 and will be played in Ontario. The final is scheduled for August 11.
Former Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi is also expected to participate inthe tournament. Afridi however does not require an NOC from the PCB.
