ISLAMABAD – Arab Coalition forces intercepted and down a drone launched bythe Houthi rebels from Sanaa towards the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia anddestroyed it in the Yemeni airspace on Monday.
Arab Coalition spokesman, Col. Turki Al-Maliki said that the Houthiterrorist criminal tool continues to launch drones to carry out hostile andterrorist acts by targeting civilians and civilian facilities, and thatnone of their targets have been achieved and they have been destroyed andshot down.
He said the continuation of implementing deterrent measures against theseterrorist militias and neutralizing Houthi capabilities firmly and inaccordance with the international humanitarian law and its customary rules.
