An accountability Court in Lahore Wednesday sent the Ramzan Sugar Millsreference link against Prime MinisterShehbaz link Sharif and his son Hamzalinklink back to National AccountabilityBureau (NAB).
The court link, in its remarks, said thatthe case did not fall in the jurisdiction of the accountability courtlink and pronounced the verdict in the lightof NAB link, 2022. Earlier, thelawyer for Shehbaz link Sharif presentedarguments before the court link on itsjurisdiction.
Meanwhile, an accountability court link inLahore link Wednesday granted one-dayexemption to Prime Minister Shehbaz linkfrom personal appearance in the money laundering and assets beyond meanscase against him and his family while adjourning the case hearing tillSeptember 20.
