President Dr Arif Alvi has declined to comment on Imran Khan’scontroversial remarks link regarding theappointment of a new Army link chief sayingthat the latter must explain himself what he meant by his statement,reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Talking to journalists at Governor’s House in Peshawar on Monday, thepresident link who also belongs toImran’s Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf party said that the entire Armylink including Chief of Armylink General Qamar Javed Bajwa werepatriotic and there was no doubt about their patriotism.
“I do not want to make any comment on Imranlink Khan’s remarkslink. He should explain his remarkslink himself. I do not want to create anyconfusion,” President link Alvilink asserted.
He said that he was trying to bring everyone to the same table adding thathe was quite optimistic that he would succeed in his effort.
