Head Coach and Chief Selector Misbah ul Huq salary stuns all in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD – The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) recently announcedMisbah-ul-Haq as Pakistan’s next head coach.

In addition to this, the board also revealed that Misbah will also act asChief Selector, a position previously occupied by Inzamam-ul-Haq.

Despite the conflict of interest, PCB has made the decision to give Misbahthe dual role. However, the board added that the selection committee willalso include the head coaches of all six newly formed regional associations.

Misbah-ul-Haq will replace Mickey Arthur, who was earning $20,000 permonth, which is Rs. 3,150,000 (Rs. 3.15 million). This amount will now beearned by the newly appointed coach.
