The Pakistan Cricket Board has appointed former Test captain Misbah-ul-Haqas head coach and chief selector.
In a press conference in this regard, chief executive Wasim Khan andMisbah-ul-Haq gave a very interesting answer regarding salary.
Journalists asked during the question-and-answer interval, “IsMisbah-ul-Haq’s salary equal to or less than former head coach MikeyArthur’s?”
To which Misbah-ul-Haq responded with a quick smile, “FBR”, everyone waslaughing at Misbah’s words. Reporters then insisted that the salary wasfixed on which Chief Executive Waseem Khan looked at Misbah and asked if hewould like to answer.

Waseem Khan re-opened the conversation and said that whatever position heholds will give him full respect and responsibility, salary is a secret. Thereporters again insisted that Waseem said his salary was the same as thatof Mikey Arthur, he is the head coach and the chief selector is his value,so why would we give him less money.
