ISLAMABAD -Peshawar High Court gives verdict on Pashtun Tehfuz Movementleaders bail transfer plea.
The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Monday rejected the request to transferMNAs Mohsin Dawar and Ali Wazir’s bail hearing from Bannu to Peshawar.
According to *Express link*, ChiefJustice of PHC Waqar Ahmed Seth rejected the bail hearing transfer plea ofPashtun Tahaffuz Movement (PTM) leaders after the Advocate General ShumailAhmed Butt appealed to dismiss the request.

Earlier, Dawar was arrested as he was accused of leading an assault on asecurity check post in North Waziristan. Sources said Dawar was presentedbefore an anti-terrorism court (ATC) after his arrest, which granted hiseight-day remand. Subsequently, he was shifted to Peshawar.
