KABUL – In Afghanistan, Taliban militants killed at least 14 members andseveral injured of a pro-government militia during clashes in Heratprovince today.
Spokesman for Heart police Abdul Ahad Walizada, said the 14 men were killedin Rubat-e-Sangi district of Herat after a large number of Taliban fightersstormed security checkpoints in the Chahardara area.
