ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani strongly reacts over UAEgovernment awarding Indian PM Narendra Modi with highest civilian award.
Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani cancelled an official visit of hisparliamentary delegation to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) after IndianPrime Minister Narendra Modi was honoured on his recent tour to the Gulfnation amid the crisis in occupied Kashmir.
Sanjrani was scheduled to visit the UAE from August 25 to August 28 on theinvitation of the UAE government. His delegation was to hold meetings withthe UAE parliamentarians and government officials.

The Senate chairman, however, decided to cancel the trip as Pakistanvehemently supports Kashmiri peoples’ right to freedom from Indianoccupation and condemns India’s atrocities in the occupied valley, astatement from the Senate Secretariat said.
