ISLAMABAD – PEMRA issues show cause notices to two TV Channels over airingIndian content.
PEMRA issued a show-cause notice to an ARY News program “Bakhabar Sawera”for inviting an Indian journalist to speak on Kashmir issue.——————————
And now, the media watchdog has put entertainment channel Jalwa TV onnotice for airing Indian songs.——————————
The notice maintained that the channel had violated Section 27, 29 and 30of the PEMRA Act 2007.

The channel has been asked to respond to the notice within seven days. Incase of non-compliance, strict action would be taken.
