US significant intelligence network to stay in Afghanistan post troops withdrawal

WASHINGTON – US President Donald Trump has expressed satisfaction overtalks between the United States and Afghan Taliban.

Speaking in New Jersey, he said the United States would seek to get trooplevels below 13,000 but leave very significant intelligence capabilitiesbehind.

However, President Trump made it clear that the United States cannot allowAfghanistan to be made a laboratory for terrorism.
