Russia blamed for bombing hospitals and Mosques in Syria

DAMASCUS: Syrian Observatory for Human Rights claimed that death toll reached to 60 and hundreds injured due to Russian airstrikes.

 

Russian fighter jets targeted hospitals and  Mosques in Syrian province of Idlib that killed a score of civilians including women and children during attack on rebels.

 

Rescue teams transferred the injured to hospital for first aid.

 

However, Russian Ministry of Defence denied such claim.

 

“Russian planes did not carry out any combat missions, to say nothing of any air strikes, in the province of Idlib,” Igor Konashenkov, a Russian defence ministry spokesman said .

 

The war torn Syria is facing the conflict from more than 5 years that have killed more than 280,000 people and millions have been displaced from homes.
