The Anti-Terrorism Court in Lahore, presided over by Judge Muhammad ArshadJaved, has postponed the hearing of Khadija Shah’s bail request untilNovember 2.
Khadija Shah, a well-known fashion designer and daughter of former financeminister Salman Shah, had applied for bail in connection with a caseregistered as 109/23 at Lahore’s Sarwar Road police station.
She is facing allegations related to the burning of police vehicles atRahat Bakery Chowk, Lahore Cantt on May 9. During the hearing, her lawyer,Sameer Khosa Advocate, argued for her bail, citing her previous release onbail in two other cases and alleging that her recent arrest was malicious.
