ISLAMABAD – Advisor to Prime Minister on Commerce Abdul Razak Dawood saysthe process of revival of Pakistan Steel Mills will be kept transparent andcompetitive.
He said this while chairing a meeting in Islamabad today on revival ofPakistan Steel Mills.
Advisor on Commerce said government wants survival of this plant on fasttrack basis. He said government wants to run Steel Mills with thecooperation of private sector.
He said an advisor for the privatization of PSM will also be appointed soon.
The meeting was also attended by officials from Russian, Chinese andPakistani companies interested to get the company on lease.
Abdul Razak Dawood said the companies interested in lease can visit the PSM.
