The meeting link of the National SecurityCommittee link (NSC),summoned by Prime Minister Imran Khanlink, ended at the PM House.
Chairman joint chiefs of staff, army chief and other military leaders werein attendance along with key ministers.
Earlier, Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhryannounced the news of the meeting linka tweet he uploaded on Thursday.
The NSC is the highest forum for coordination on security issues.

The development came a day after the premier decided to present a ‘secretletter’, that he brandished at the PTI’s March 27 rally, in the hope thathis party dissidents, as well as disgruntled PTI allies, would change theirminds after becoming aware of its content and reject the opposition’smotion of no-confidence against him.
The premier shared the letter with the cabinet members in a hurriedlycalled meeting link, which was notattended by its two major allies — MQM-P and BAP — despite being invited,on Wednesday. It has been learnt that the letter was shown to the cabinetmembers on a TV screen.
