ISLAMABAD – Pakistan’s first three-day International Counter TerrorismForum will start from Tuesday.
National Counter Terrorism Authority (NACTA) Coordinator Ihsan Ghani duringa news briefing in Islamabad on Friday, said conference was aimed athighlighting Pakistan’s endeavours and achievements in countering menace ofterrorism and extremism before the international community.
He said the valiant armed forces and nation have rendered unmatchedsacrifices in war on terror and registered mega successes against it.
The objective of the forum was to bring together leading international andnational experts, scholars, think tanks and opinion makers in the area ofcounter terrorism and counter extremism to deliberate on the currentsituation and the future challenges and response.
