ISLAMABAD – Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Petroleum, NadeemBabar says the government is working on an integrated energy plan for next25 years to meet energy needs of the country.
Addressing LNG conference in Islamabad on Friday, he said the energy planswill not only ensure sufficient energy but it will also be affordable andsustainable.
The Special Assistant said energy efficiency needs to be enhanced to checkwastage of energy.
He said the government is encouraging the private sector to take part inthe energy sector.
