In the confines of Adiala Jail, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief and former prime minister find himself subjected to what his legal counsel claims to be severe "mental torture." According to Naeem Hairder Panjotha, the PTI chief's lawyer, the ex-prime minister is confined to a cramped cell within the C-class jail and is denied the opportunity to step out even for a walk. He has been kept in isolation and nobody is allowed to meet him. His hygienic condition are also not good at all and he is been given severe metal tension.

The quality of food provided to him has raised doubts, although a plea regarding this matter remains pending in court. There are chances that he may fall sick owing to the food and the hygienic conditions prevailing there.

The legality of conducting an in-camera hearing for the cipher case has been called into question, with the plea to proceed with an open trial gaining prominence. It is argued that the conviction of PTI chairman in the cipher case is merely a cog in a larger campaign aimed at sidelining the former prime minister from active politics.

On another front, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has taken a firm stance against the Federal Investigation Agency's (FIA) submission of a challan related to the cipher case. PTI has vehemently rejected the contents of the challan, deeming it "meaningless and bogus."

In response, PTI has called for the establishment of a judicial commission to conduct a thorough investigation into the cipher case. Furthermore, PTI's spokesperson asserts that the cipher in question remains in its original state within the Foreign Office, thereby refuting the allegations made against the former prime minister, Imran Khan, as entirely baseless.

In the midst of these legal battles and allegations, Imran Khan's imprisonment in Adiala Jail has garnered significant attention, raising concerns about the conditions he is subjected to and the impact on his mental state. The ongoing legal wrangling surrounding the cipher case has intensified the political climate in Pakistan, leaving many eagerly awaiting the outcome of these legal proceedings.
