How Pakistani Hindu community celebrated Dewali

KARACHI, Oct 30 (APP): Diwali, the Festival of Lights, was celebrated by Hindu community in Karachi in a befitting manner.
The day started with morning prayers. Special prayers were also offered
for the progress and prosperity of the country.
Diwali is marked with fireworks, festive meals and exchange of sweets
and gifts.
The Sindh government has declared Monday, October 31, as holiday for
Hindus in the province.
