ISLAMABAD - The KSE-100 Index closed today at 40496.03 points as compared to 40638.83 points on the last working day with a negative change of 142.80 points.
The total turnover was 270,791,530 as compared to 97,420,160 on the last working day with United Bank having the highest turnover of 52,062,300.
Total 363 companies transacted shares in the Stock Market, out of which 84 recorded gains and 254 sustained losses whereas the share price of 25 companies remained unchanged.
Pak TobaccoXD recorded the maximum increase in its share price, which was 78.38 rupees while Wyeth Pakistan Limited recorded maximum decrease that was 42.69 rupees.
