Ramallah: Israeli occupation troops on Wednesday arrested 16 Palestinians in various West Bank cities, according to a Palestinian source.
The Palestinian Prisoners Society said in a statement that Israeli soldiers stormed the cities of Tubas, the Northern Jordan Valley, Nablus, Bethlehem, Hebron and a number of neighbourhoods in occupied East Jerusalem and arrested 16 citizens.
The Israeli army launches arrest campaigns on a daily basis against dozens of Palestinians in various cities and villages of the West Bank under various pretexts.
