BEIJING - China has urged international community to stick to two-state solution so as to tackle Palestinian-Israeli issue from the root.
Speaking at an open debate of Security Council, China's permanent representative to United Nations, Ma Zhaoxu said settlement construction must stop and parties concerned should avoid any action or rhetoric that may exacerbate the situation.
Chinese ambassador said urged need to play a constructive role and refrain from taking any unilateral action that further escalates the tension in the region.
