PM Imran Khan to leave for important foreign policy visit: Report

SLAMABAD – PM Imran Khan to leave for important foreign policy visit ofMalaysia, Media Report has revealed.

Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad has invited Prime Minister ImranKhan for the KL Summit being held in Kuala Lumpur from December 18 to 20.

Deputy Foreign Minister of Malaysia Marzuki Bin Haji Yahya delivered anofficial invitation to the prime minister in Islamabad on Friday.

Prime Minister Imran Khan conveyed his thanks for the invitation and statedthat he looked forward to participating in the KL Summit.

In the bilateral context, the prime minister reaffirmed his commitment tofurther deepening Pakistan-Malaysia relations in all fields.

Prime Minister Imran Khan appreciated Malaysia’s principled position on theJammu and Kashmir dispute. He also apprised the special envoy of thecontinuing inhuman lockdown of over eight million Kashmiris since India’sillegal and unilateral actions of 5th August and the dire human rights andhumanitarian situation resulting from it.
