Five Indian BSF soldiers hit, intelligence officer killed in Occupied Kashmir: Indian media

SRINAGAR – Indian BSF patrol vehicle was attacked near Pantha Chowk area inthe outskirts of Srinagar city, DNA has reported.

Five jawans have suffered bullet injuries. They have been evacuated tonearest medical facility, according to Army communique.

In yet another incident a sub-inspector of the Crime InvestigationDepartment (CID) wing of Jammu and Kashmir was killed.

Sub-Inspector Imtiyaz Ahmad Mir was travelling in his car when unidentifiedterrorists stopped him near the Wahibugh village in South Kashmir’s Pulwamadistrict late on Sunday afternoon.

Mir was taken to nearby orchards at Chewai Kalan village, where he was shotdead. His bullet-riddled body later was found by police.
