QUETTA – The government formation in Balochistan takes a new turnasBalochistan National Party chief Sardar Akhtar Jan Mengal and BalochistanAwami Party chairman Jam Kamal discussed political scenario and governmentformation during a meeting on Monday.

Talking to the media after the meeting, Akhtar Mengal said that Jam Kamalhad invited him to join the process of government formation.

He said that they will again discuss the government formation afterconsulting allies and the parliamentary committee.

“We will put the issues of Balochistan in exchange for supporting thegovernment formation process. In a meeting, the BNP executive committee hasdecided to form a parliamentary committee,” he said.

He said that the parliamentary committee will advance the process ofgovernment formation through dialogues.

Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani was also in the meeting.
