ISLAMABAD: Balochistan Provincial Government is taking all out measures for betterment of women in the province so that they could be given their due status in the society.
Official sources of Directorate of Women Development told Radio Pakistan Quetta during an interaction today that for this purpose, 500 million rupees have been allocated in the budget for construction of a building for the office of Directorate of Women Development in Quetta city.
She said that a scheme namely Women Enclave is being introduced in Balochistan. Under the scheme, the women would be provided all basic facilities of life.
A women hostel would also be constructed in Quetta city at a cost of more than 20 million rupees.
