RIYADH – The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced to reopen theMasjid al-Haram and Masjid al-Nabawi for the pilgrims from 8 Ramadan.
According to details, the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announcedthe reopening of Masjid al-Haram and Masjid al-Nabawi from 8th of Ramadan.
The Saudi government has also issued precautionary measures to open the twoholy mosques, under which those who come to the two holy mosques must bringtheir prayer mat with them. It is also forbidden to use copies of the HolyQuran kept in the mosque. Worshipers have been instructed to keep adistance while the washrooms of both mosques will be kept closed.
The notification further stated that it is obligatory for those who comefor prayers to wear masks.
Sanitizers must be used before entering the mosques. Sanitizers will beplaced outside the Masjid al-Haram and Masjid al-Nabawi by the government.
