LAHORE: The Opposition leader in Punjab Assembly Hamza Shahbaz appeared before the accountability court for Ashiana Housing and Ramzan Sugar Mills references here Monday.
During the hearing the court approved the exemption plea of Shehbaz Sharif, Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) president/National Assembly’s Opposition Leader. However, the hearing was been adjourned till May 11.
It is pertinent to mention here that National Accountability Bureau (NAB) had earlier sent a questionnaire to Hamza Shahbaz in assets beyond income and alleged money laundering cases.
