ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Foreign Office has responded to the deadly suicidebombing in Kabul.

Foreign Office issued a strong condemnation of the twin suicide attacks inAfghan capital of Kabul, which killed 25 people and wounded 49 others.

“We are distressed and grieved at the loss of precious human lives. Weexpress our deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences to the familiesand friends of those who have lost their lives and pray to Almighty Allahfor early recovery of the injured,” the statement read.

“The Government and people of Pakistan express their support and solidaritywith their Afghan brethren in this hour of grief. We are confident that theresolve of brave Afghan people to defeat terrorism cannot be weakened bysuch cowardly attacks.

“Pakistan reiterates its condemnation of terrorism in all its forms andmanifestations and resolves to fight this menace till its elimination,” thestatement added.
