ISLAMABAD: (APP) Supreme Court Thursday sought written reply from seven Federal Investigation Agency (FIA)’s officials into out of turn promotions case.

A division bench of the apex court headed by Justice Gulzar Ahmed heard the case filed by Dr Shafiqur Rahman.

During the course of proceedings, the FIA, submitting a reply over an earlier inquiry of the court, conceded that the promotions were out of turn.

Later, the court adjourned the hearing till date in office.
