KARACHI (APP): A single bench of Sindh High Court (SHC) on Wednesday ordered restoration of license of BOL TV channel.

The bench headed by Justice Zulfiqar Ahmed Khan after hearing the miscellaneous applications filed in BOL TV channel case, observed that the order issued by the PEMRA for suspension of the license was not lawful.
Senior lawyer Anwar Mansoor Khan appeared on behalf of BOL TV and argued that the PEMRA issued suspension order in September 2015 without hearing his client. "It was one sided order because the BOL TV was not given a chance of explanation," he argued.
